CANCELLATION PENALTIES

RESORT CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE:

$100.00 per room if cancelled before 9/10/26, $200.00 if canceled by 9/29/26, $800.00 if cancelled by 10/6/26, and 100% of total room cost if cancelled after 10/6/26.

GETAWAY DISCOUNT TRAVEL CANCELATION FEE: $300 per room if cancelled at anytime after the initial deposit paid.

Please ensure everyone is committed to travel. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your vacation investment.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

ROOM DEPOSIT: $200 PER ROOM

GROUP MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 

When booking this trip, you agree to make  monthly scheduled payments starting November 20, 2025 through August 20, 2026. Monthly payments are processed on the 20th day of each month.  Your monthly payment amount will be determined by dividing your reservation's per person total by 10 monthly payments.

Autopay Monthly payments are processed on the 20th day of each month as follows: November 2025 through August 2026. There is a $15.00 fee for declined credit card payments.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL ROOMS IS AUGUST 20, 2026.
